Accessibility Statement

TrueDialog, Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Measures to Support Accessibility

TrueDialog, Inc takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of the TrueDialog website and platform:

  • Assigns clear accessibility goals and responsibilities.

  • Digital content is created with accessibility in mind. WAVE, Pope Tech and manual testing are used as appropriate as part of our processes for creating and editing content and interfaces.

  • The development team Includes accessibility improvements to new and existing functionality as part of our standard development cycle.

  • As part of our accessibility efforts, we use Pope Tech and the WebAIM WAVE tool to evaluate and identify potential accessibility concerns. We run weekly scans on all of our public web pages and pages inside of the TrueDialog application itself. In addition, we are introducing the WAVE tool as part of our page design process, going forward. Our standard requires manual review of all errors and Alerts. Any errors are prioritized and scheduled for work by our Web Accessibility team.

  • A monthly accessibility cadence includes reviewing all external reports and updating all open accessibility tickets to ensure that all known potential issues are reviewed, prioritized and scheduled for work.

  • Quality assurance methods are being updated to include review for accessibility.

  • Support Documentation is reviewed quarterly for accuracy and usability.

Conformance Goal

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Although we strive to exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, conformance or compliance isn’t our goal. Our philosophy is accessibility over compliance.
